Effective October 2026. This page describes what ABINE AI records when it handles your quote requests, what stays private, and what can be included in anonymized industry benchmarks with your consent.
When your team forwards a quote request to your intake address, we store the request and the fields extracted from it so your team can track and follow up on it. We also measure how the workflow performs (minutes per request, fields captured correctly) so we can report results to you.

Your company name, your customers' names, contact details, pricing, and project identifiers are never sold, shared individually, or included in any report. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Only clients who opt in, in writing, contribute to the benchmark pool, and only from the date of consent. Before any figure is published it must come from at least five distinct companies and twenty requests; smaller groups are suppressed. Each company is replaced by a key made of its segment, state and size band, so no company can be identified or reconstructed. Quote values are reported as medians and bands.
You may withdraw at any time in writing. Your data stops being included from that date. Aggregates already published remain as published. You may ask to see any report built from the pool.
Records are stored in an encrypted database on Amazon Web Services in the United States, with access limited to ABINE AI staff who need it to deliver the service. Original emails are retained for one year and then deleted. Every change to a record is logged.
An AI model is used to extract stated facts from quote-request emails and draft clarification questions. It is instructed to extract only what is explicitly stated and never to infer ratings, pricing, quantities or dates. A person reviews every extraction and every draft before anything is sent to a customer.
